Please know that this is a bring-your-own-domain service. We do not offer domain hosting and you need a domain from a registrar to be able to avail of our services. We try to make e-mail account management as painless as possible, but there are several considerations to take note of. ALL mailing list e-mails should have double opt-in.

Aside from the basic services, we can offer:

  • Longevity. We are here to stay. Our servers have a long standing track record trusted by many. But to be honest, no company ever stays alive for the lifetime of its clients. Your custom domain is your guarantee that you will no longer lose your e-mail address should you wish to switch services (though we hope you won't) because your domain is yours, and it goes with you.
  • Support Channels. We have a comprehensive documentation, help guides, chat, ticket, and e-mail support to help you use our service.
  • Feature Updates. More features are in development and implementations will be carried out across all accounts.

Our gratitude for your trust and support for our business.

  • Custom domains. We only host e-mail services. It is best that you own the domain instead of trusting others to hold or manage your domain name for you. But if you want, we can help you with domain registration.
  • Refunds. Sorry, it costs money to allocate your storage, and so we cannot offer refunds. You are free to ask us for pre-sale inquiries via our contact page.
  • Service-Level Agreement (SLA). Statistically, we have a higher than 99% uptime per month, but just like even major corporations, we still have the occasional downtime. This service is not meant for mission-critical situations.
